IMG LICENSING SIGNS AGREEMENT WITH VAIL RESORTS

IMG Licensing, a division of IMG Worldwide, today announced it has reached an agreement with Vail Resorts Inc. to manage its trademark licensing program effective August 1, 2009.

"We are honored by the opportunity to partner with Vail Resorts Management Company to continue building on its successful mountain resort and destination-based travel brand," said Wesley Haynes, Senior Vice President, IMG Sports Licensing. "Our partnership, through IMG’s global resources, will aim to promote Vail Resorts as the premier ski and lifestyle resort brand in the world."

IMG Licensing will work to provide Vail Resorts with an expanded ecommerce presence, grow its souvenir business on resort properties, as well as develop opportunities for growth beyond the resort consumer and into a preeminent lifestyle and outdoor brand.

The partnership agreement will run through 2014.
