PREMIER LEAGUE ARCHIVE PROGRAMMING AVAILABLE ON iTUNES UK

IMG Sports Media and the Premier League Archive announced today it has brokered a deal with iTunes to make programming and Classic Matches the first football content available to download through iTunes in the UK.

The deal means that iTunes users can now download up to 50 Classic Matches from 5 seasons from 2002/03 up to and including 2006/07. Each season will consist of a collection of 12 episodes: 10 x 30 minute extended highlights of Classic Matches and one hour Goals of the Season and Review of the Season programming. Each download will cost £1.49 and £9.99 for an entire season.

Classic Matches such as the 7-0 Arsenal victory over Everton in 2004/05, Middlesbrough’s 5-1 triumph over Bolton Wanderers in 2006/07 and the great derby match between Manchester City v Manchester United in 2005/06 are available to download.
