We are looking for our next generation of production management, technical and editorial leaders, so if you are interested in becoming a rising star in production and distribution, The Advantage Programme is for you.
This unique opportunity has been designed for talented individuals with a genuine passion to start a career in media production. You will learn firsthand key skills with exposure to exciting projects, where you can build upon and develop your experience and skills whilst having the opportunity to actively participate and contribute to a number of IMG Sports Media programmes.
You will be mentored directly by members of IMG Sports Media's Senior Management Team; established industry professionals with extensive experience across all genres of TV programming.
Our unique design of these placements will cater to a diverse range of candidates interested in pursuing a career in media whilst also offering an environment where candidates can develop their skills and professional network! So whatever your interest, if you are driven, pro-active and passionate about sports media production, look no further than The Advantage Programme.
Technical - based in Mediahouse (IMG's UK facility), this placement will focus on building the foundations of understanding how technical services can create and deliver content worldwide.
Editorial - working within a production team, this opportunity will involve contributing to the production process throughout the cycle (concept and programme development; securing a commission; research; pre production; filming; post production and delivery).
Management - again working within a production team within IMG Sports Media this placement will give you direct exposure to production planning, budgeting and management.

What are we looking for?
If you are someone who:

Terms and Conditions
It will be important to have access to accommodation within commuting distance of the London offices throughout the placement. If you are successful in obtaining a placement, you will be responsible for arranging your own accommodation and travel arrangements.
IMG will not be responsible for any travel expenses incurred during the interview process.
Unfortunately due to the extremely high volume of applications we receive we are unable to provide individual feedback on applications. However feedback will be provided to those candidates that proceed to the interview stages.
Please note you will receive an automatic response to your application confirming receipt. We therefore ask that you do not call IMG for further confirmation.
Applicants must have an EU passport and/or UK work visa. If you do not have full working entitlement you will need to arrange the appropriate documentation to allow you to be employed in the UK before applying for any placement.
