Mark Steinberg is Senior Vice President and Global Managing Director of Golf. He leads the strategic direction and global expansion of IMG's prolific golf enterprise, which includes client management, corporate sports marketing, course design, course management, tournament management and the European Tour Productions. He also personally represents Tiger Woods and Annika Sorenstam, the world’s number one male and female golfers.

Under Mr. Steinberg's leadership, the golf division has strengthened its more than 40 years of dominance on the global stage.  Recent successes worldwide include expansion of the company's event ownership and tournament management businesses, cultivation of its global client management base, growth and recognition in the areas of golf course design and management, and an impressive track record of helping corporations build their brands through golf.

Mr. Steinberg joined IMG in 1992 and served as client manager for some of the best-known golfers in the world. In addition to managing their playing careers, Mr. Steinberg negotiated some of the largest endorsement deals in sports history for his clients. He also served as head of IMG’s Basketball Division in 1999 before expanding his role in golf.

A graduate of the University of Illinois Law School, Mr. Steinberg serves on the Board of Directors for the Tiger Woods Foundation, the Tiger Woods Learning Center and Club 59.
